Hi, I'm Nicol!

Born and raised in Birmingham, I’ve always been curious about one thing:

What invisible dynamics stop talented people and teams from truly thriving?

That question has shaped my work across industries. From coaching Managing Partners and executive teams through high-stakes change, to helping founder-led firms build more aligned, high-performing businesses.

My background blends commercial experience in sales and marketing with deep expertise in leadership, learning, and team effectiveness. Over the past decade, I’ve designed and delivered programmes that improve team communication, collaboration, and accountability while also strengthening client relationship skills and business development capability.

I’m known for translating complex behavioural and strategic ideas into practical, human-centred experiences that create real impact: whether I’m facilitating a workshop, building a Skool-based learning space, or delivering stakeholder-driven training inside a law firm.

But at the heart of it all is a belief:

My work is shaped by three lenses: real-world leadership experience, deep coaching practice, and a global perspective forged through life and work across the UK, Australia, Indonesia, and the Caribbean. This blend allows me to meet clients where they are; strategically, emotionally, and culturally.

With certifications in executive and team coaching, and negotiation training from Harvard Law School, I bring both rigour and heart to every engagement. I’ve sat at the table as a senior leader, consultant, and coach and I understand the invisible pressures that come with each seat.
